Pakistan sets world record for largest human flag, surpassing India

Lahore, November 7, 2024 — Pakistan achieved a new world record on Thursday by creating the largest human flag, surpassing the previous record held by India. The record-breaking event took place during the Lahore Youth Festival, organized by the Punjab government at Fortress Stadium.

The record was set by over 10,000 students from Army Public School Lahore, who gathered to form the massive flag, exceeding India’s previous record of 7,368 participants. According to Radio Pakistan, this achievement marks a significant moment of national pride as Pakistan takes the lead in this unique feat.

The Lahore Youth Festival continues to showcase various cultural and national activities, drawing large crowds and celebrating Pakistan’s accomplishments on the world stage.
