Islamabad, May 11, 2026: The Pakistan Tennis Federation and Westminster School on Monday signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aimed at promoting tennis at the grassroots level and nurturing young talent in the country.

The agreement was signed during a ceremony held in Islamabad by Aisam-ul-Haq Qureshi, President of the Pakistan Tennis Federation, and Raheel Sajjad Khan, Director of Westminster School.

Under the PTF’s RTS Program, the federation will provide professional tennis coaching facilities to students of Westminster School and support the development of emerging players by integrating promising talent into Pakistan’s national tennis circuit.

Speaking on the occasion, Aisam-ul-Haq Qureshi said the initiative was designed to strengthen tennis at the grassroots level and create opportunities for young students to excel in the sport both nationally and internationally.

He emphasized the importance of institutional partnerships in identifying and grooming future tennis stars while encouraging greater youth participation in healthy sporting activities.

Major Suleman Junaid was also present at the ceremony.
