Islamabad, July 16,2026: Pakistani actress and model Huma Saleem has accused an unnamed Pakistani cricketer of harassment, intimidation and attempts to damage her professional reputation, saying she is preparing to pursue legal action through the appropriate judicial process.
In a series of Instagram Stories, Huma alleged that although she has had no contact or relationship with the individual for the past two months, the alleged harassment has continued, causing her significant mental distress.
She claimed she has been subjected to repeated threats and sustained psychological pressure, adding that every attempt to focus on her personal and professional life has been met with efforts to intimidate and discourage her.
According to Huma, the alleged actions have extended beyond her, affecting her family members, close friends and professional associates.
She further alleged that the unnamed cricketer contacted people she works with in an effort to tarnish her character and harm her reputation within the entertainment industry, creating unnecessary stress for colleagues and collaborators who had no involvement in the matter.
The actress said she had remained silent for a considerable period but had now decided to seek legal remedies as the situation had become impossible to ignore.
Huma stated that her legal team would present all relevant facts and evidence before the appropriate legal forums at the proper time, adding that further details may be made public in the coming days.
Despite making the allegations public, she did not identify the cricketer or provide any information that could reveal the individual’s identity.
