Lahore, July 18, 2026: The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) on Saturday announced separate 15-member squads for the upcoming ODI and T20I series against Sri Lanka, scheduled to be played from July 23 to August 4.

Pakistan captain Fatima Sana will continue to lead the national side in the three-match ODI series, while experienced wicketkeeper-batter Muneeba Ali has been named captain for the T20I series.

Fatima will miss the T20I leg of the tour after being selected to participate in this year’s edition of The Hundred, which runs from July 21 to August 16. The 24-year-old became the first Pakistan woman cricketer to earn a contract in the women’s competition after being signed by Phoenix through the wildcard draft during the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup.

Pakistan have made significant changes to the T20I squad that featured in this year’s World Cup. Aliya Riaz, Diana Baig, Gull Feroza, Iram Javed, Natalia Pervaiz, Rameen Shamim and Sadia Iqbal have been left out, while Humna Bilal, Najiha Alvi, Shawaal Zulfiqar, Umm-e-Hani, Waheeda Akhtar and uncapped players Eman Naseer, Maham Anees and Momina Riasat have been included.

The national women’s selection committee has also reshuffled the ODI squad that completed a 3-0 series sweep over Zimbabwe in May. Aliya Riaz, Diana Baig, Natalia Pervaiz and Rameen Shamim have been replaced by Umm-e-Hani, Waheeda Akhtar and uncapped players Saira Jabeen and Maham Anees.

Pakistan’s white-ball tour of Sri Lanka will begin with the first ODI on July 23 at the Mahinda Rajapaksa International Cricket Stadium in Hambantota. The remaining two ODIs will be played on July 25 and July 28 at the same venue.

The three-match T20I series will also be staged in Hambantota, with matches scheduled for July 31, August 2 and August 4.

The Pakistan squad is scheduled to arrive in Sri Lanka on July 20 and will hold training sessions on July 21 and 22 ahead of the opening ODI.
