Islamabad, August 10, 2026: Ambassador of Tajikistan to Pakistan, Yusuf Sharifzoda, held a meeting with a delegation of Pakistan’s Ministry of Information Technology and Telecommunication to discuss avenues for strengthening bilateral cooperation.
During the meeting, the two sides exchanged views on sectoral cooperation between Tajikistan and Pakistan, with particular emphasis on areas of mutual interest in information technology and telecommunications.
They also discussed coordination of positions within international organizations and underscored the importance of maintaining close engagement and regular consultations on matters of common interest.
The meeting reflected the two countries’ shared interest in expanding practical cooperation and further strengthening bilateral ties in the technology sector.
