Islamabad, September 3, 2026: Special Assistant to the Prime Minister Fahd Haroon received the newly appointed Ambassador of Italy to Pakistan, Ugo Ciarlatani, in Islamabad on Thursday.
During the meeting, the two sides held a cordial and engaging discussion on the evolving new media landscape, international media trends and the growing role of digital platforms in public engagement.
They also exchanged views on matters of mutual interest and explored opportunities for greater engagement in the digital and media sectors.
Fahd Haroon expressed his desire for further collaboration with Italy in the digital sphere, while reaffirming the importance of strengthening the warm and longstanding friendship between Pakistan and Italy.
