Islamabad, October 10,2026: Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar on Saturday expressed confidence that Pakistan’s Ambassador-designate to Türkiye, Amna Baloch, would play a key role in further strengthening bilateral relations between the two brotherly countries.
Ambassador Amna Baloch called on Dar, who underscored the special importance Pakistan attaches to its close and brotherly relations with Türkiye.
He emphasized the need to further deepen the strategic partnership, particularly in defence and security, trade, investment, education and people-to-people exchanges.
Appreciating Amna Baloch’s dedicated service and valuable contributions as foreign secretary, the deputy prime minister expressed confidence that her experience would help strengthen bilateral ties and wished her success in her new assignment.
