Islamabad, November 2,2026: Romanian Ambassador to Pakistan Dr. Dan Stoenescu has announced the return of Romanian music to Pakistan, with popular Romanian band Akcent set to perform at Soulfest Rewind 2026 in Islamabad.
Sharing the announcement, Ambassador Stoenescu invited music lovers to look forward to an exciting musical experience as Akcent brings its signature sound, heartfelt lyrics and memorable melodies to Pakistani audiences.
The band’s performance is expected to add an international flavour to the three-day festival, giving music enthusiasts an opportunity to enjoy live entertainment and revisit some of Akcent’s popular hits.
Soulfest Rewind 2026 will take place at F-9 Park, Islamabad, on November 20, 21 and 22.
The announcement highlights the growing cultural and people-to-people ties between Pakistan and Romania, with music serving as an important bridge between the two countries.
