Islamabad, December 18,2024: Pakistani media has reported that 35 more Pakistanis have been confirmed dead in three separate boat accidents in Greece. According to sources, the Greek Coast Guard has ended rescue operations for missing Pakistanis, declaring all missing individuals presumed dead.

Official reports indicate that approximately 5,000 Pakistanis remain in Libya, many hoping to travel to Europe. These individuals are reportedly in contact with Pakistani and Libyan agents. It is stated that these Pakistanis traveled to Libya legally after obtaining visas from Pakistan.

Meanwhile, the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has launched a crackdown following the Greek boat accident and has arrested a suspected human smuggler, Muhammad Hassan, from Phalia.
