Rawalpindi, January 31, 2025: Security forces successfully eliminated 10 terrorists during multiple intelligence-based operations (IBOs) in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) reported on Friday.

The operations were conducted over two days, with the first major encounter taking place in Dera Ismail Khan’s Khulachi area. Acting on intelligence reports regarding the presence of militants, security forces launched an operation and engaged the terrorists in a fierce battle, resulting in the elimination of four insurgents.

In addition, six more terrorists were neutralized in separate engagements across North Waziristan’s Datta Khel, Hassan Khel, Ghulam Khan, and Mir Ali areas. According to ISPR, weapons and ammunition were recovered from the deceased militants, who were actively involved in attacks against security forces and the killing of innocent civilians.

The successful operations reflect the continued efforts of security forces to eliminate terrorism and maintain stability in the region.
