Lahore, February 6, 2025: The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has announced an electrifying lineup of performers for the grand inauguration ceremony of the revamped Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore, scheduled for tomorrow (February 7) ahead of the Champions Trophy 2025.

PCB Chairman Mohsin Naqvi, in a post on X (formerly Twitter), confirmed that Ali Zafar, Aima Baig, and Arif Lohar will take the stage at the event, which will also feature a spectacular fireworks display. The ceremony will kick off at 7 PM and will be free for the public to attend.

Additionally, the PCB chief will host a special dinner in honor of the workers who played a pivotal role in the extensive stadium renovation project spanning several months.

This event marks the official reopening of Lahore’s iconic Gaddafi Stadium, which, along with Karachi’s National Stadium, has undergone significant upgrades in preparation for the Champions Trophy 2025. The Karachi venue will be inaugurated on February 11.

The eight-team tournament will feature 15 matches and run from February 19 to March 9 across Pakistan and Dubai.
