NAB sets date for auction of Malik Riaz’s properties

Islamabad, August 4, 2025: The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has announced the date for the auction of several properties belonging to real estate tycoon Malik Riaz.

According to NAB, the auction will be held on August 7, 2025, at the NAB Rawalpindi Office, G-6/1, Islamabad.

The properties up for auction include:

  • Bahria Town Corporate Office II, located at Plot No. 7-D, Park Road, Bahria Town Phase II, Rawalpindi.
  • Bahria Town Corporate Office, situated on Plot No. 7-E, Park Road, Bahria Town Phase II, Rawalpindi.
  • Robish Marquee & Lawn, near the Bahria Garden City Golf Course, Bahria Garden City, Islamabad.
  • Arena Cinema, located on Plot No. 984-Broad-A, Bahria Town Phase IV, Rawalpindi.
  • Bahria Town International Academy (School Building), situated at Jasmine Street and Silver Oaks Road, Safari Villas I, Bahria Town, Rawalpindi.
  • Safari Club, located on Plot No. 27, Safari Villas Phase, Bahria Town, Rawalpindi.

The auction is part of NAB’s ongoing efforts to recover assets in connection with investigations into financial irregularities involving Malik Riaz and his affiliated entities.
