In a post on social media platform X (formerly Twitter), Amir urged critics to focus on players’ on-field performances instead of making personal attacks.
He addressed the narrative suggesting that Pakistan’s recent win was due to Babar’s absence from the team, calling for an end to such speculation. “We won because of better strategies and utilizing the home-ground advantage,” Amir stated. “Please criticize performances if needed, but avoid personal attacks on our players.”
