Islamabad, Dec 13, 2025: Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif on Saturday underscored the longstanding relationship between Pakistan and the United Kingdom, rooted in shared history, strong institutional linkages, and mutual respect. The Prime Minister made these remarks during a meeting with the Right Honourable Baroness Jenny Chapman, the UK’s Minister of State for International Development and Africa, who is currently on an official visit to Pakistan, according to a press release from the PM Office Media Wing.

During the meeting, both leaders exchanged views on matters of mutual interest, including development cooperation, climate resilience, economic engagement, and broader regional issues. They reaffirmed their commitment to further deepening collaboration in these key areas.
