Islamabad, February 4,2026: At the invitation of Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif, President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev will lead a high-level delegation on a state visit to Pakistan from February 5 to 6, 2026. The delegation will include senior cabinet ministers and prominent business leaders.

During his stay, President Mirziyoyev is scheduled to meet with the President of Pakistan, hold delegation-level talks with Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, and address the Pakistan–Uzbekistan Business Forum.

The discussions will focus on reviewing the entire spectrum of bilateral relations and exploring new avenues to further deepen cooperation across a range of sectors, including trade, energy, defence, education, people-to-people exchanges, and regional connectivity.

This will be President Mirziyoyev’s second visit to Pakistan, reflecting the upward trajectory of Pakistan–Uzbekistan relations and the strengthening of brotherly ties between the two countries. The relationship is rooted in shared history, faith, and common aspirations for peace and prosperity in Central and South Asia.
