Warsaw, February 24, 2026: On the fourth anniversary of Russia’s brutal aggression against Ukraine, Poland on Monday reiterated its firm and continued support for the Ukrainian people, emphasizing its commitment to a just and lasting peace.
In a statement issued in Warsaw, Polish authorities said the country remains steadfast in standing with Ukraine in the face of ongoing aggression by Russia.
“Poland stands by Ukraine’s side, shoulder to shoulder, in full solidarity and without hesitation,” the statement said, reaffirming Warsaw’s political, humanitarian, and strategic backing for Kyiv as the conflict enters its fourth year.
Poland has been among Ukraine’s strongest supporters since the beginning of the war, consistently advocating for international unity, accountability, and sustained assistance to ensure Ukraine’s sovereignty and security.
