Islamabad, February 24,2026: Belgium has announced multiple fully funded scholarship opportunities for students from Pakistan seeking to pursue higher education in Europe in 2026. The scholarships cover a wide range of academic pathways, including undergraduate, master’s, PhD, professional training, and internship programs, offering comprehensive financial support to eligible and deserving candidates.

One of the flagship programs is the Master Mind Scholarship 2026, funded by the Government of Flanders. The scholarship is aimed at academically outstanding international students applying for master’s degree programs at participating Belgian universities. It typically covers tuition fees and provides a substantial annual grant to help meet living expenses.

Another major opportunity is the Belgium Government ARES Scholarship 2026–27, offered by the ARES. This fully funded program supports students from developing countries, including Pakistan, for bachelor’s and master’s degree programs as well as specialized training courses. The scholarship generally covers return airfare, tuition fees, accommodation, a monthly stipend, health insurance, and other academic-related expenses.

The announcement has been welcomed by Pakistani students aspiring to study in Europe, as the scholarships significantly reduce financial barriers and provide access to high-quality education at Belgian institutions.
