Lahore, April 10, 2026: The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) on Friday confirmed that the Zimbabwe women’s cricket team will tour Pakistan for the first time to play a six-match white-ball series comprising three One-Day Internationals (ODIs) and three Twenty20 Internationals (T20Is).

All matches will be played at the National Bank Stadium in Karachi. The Zimbabwe women’s team is scheduled to arrive on April 29.

The ODI series will form part of the ICC Women’s Championship 2025–29, in which Pakistan currently sits fifth in the standings with two points, following its only away series so far—three ODIs against South Africa earlier this year.

The ODIs will be played on May 3, 6, and 9, all starting at 3:30pm local time. The T20I series will follow on May 12, 14, and 15 at 7:30pm, serving as key preparation for Pakistan ahead of the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup 2026 scheduled in England and Wales from June 12 to July 5.

Before the global event, Pakistan will also participate in a T20I tri-nation series in Ireland featuring the hosts and West Indies, set to take place from May 28 to June 4.

Series schedule (All matches at National Bank Stadium, Karachi)

  • April 29: Zimbabwe arrive in Karachi
  • April 30 – May 2: Training sessions
  • May 3: 1st ODI
  • May 6: 2nd ODI
  • May 9: 3rd ODI
  • May 12: 1st T20I
  • May 14: 2nd T20I
  • May 15: 3rd T20I

The series marks an important milestone in Pakistan’s women’s cricket calendar, strengthening international engagement and providing valuable competitive exposure ahead of major ICC tournaments.
