Rawalpindi, January 17, 2025– In a successful intelligence-based operation in the Tirah Valley of Khyber District, Pakistan’s security forces neutralized five militants, including the notorious leader Abidullah Turab.

The operation was launched after reports of militant activity in the area. Upon engaging the militants, the forces eliminated five, while one militant was apprehended.

Weapons and ammunition were seized from the militants, who had been involved in multiple acts of terrorism, targeting both security forces and innocent civilians.

A sanitization operation is now underway to ensure the complete elimination of any remaining militants. Pakistan’s security forces remain steadfast in their commitment to eradicating terrorism and restoring peace in the region.
