Islamabad, January 22, 2025: Malik Riaz Hussain, declared an absconder by Pakistani courts and owner of Bahria Town, has issued a strong response to the recent press release by the National Accountability Bureau (NAB). He stated that he will neither be blackmailed nor testify under any circumstances. “I have all the secrets and evidence within me and have been showing restraint,” said Malik Riaz. More details are available on SAB NEWS.

In a post on the social media platform X (formerly Twitter), Malik Riaz reiterated his unwavering stance, declaring, “No matter how much oppression is imposed, Malik Riaz will not bow down!”

Reflecting on his journey, he noted, “Doing business in Pakistan is not easy. Despite countless obstacles, I dedicated 40 years of hard work, sweat, and blood to establish Bahria Town with Allah’s blessings, launching Pakistan’s first world-class housing project. Despite governmental blackmail and endless challenges, Allah has always granted me success. Many times, fake cases and officials’ greed caused delays, but I overcame years of blackmail and false accusations. However, due to the insistence on one testimony, I was forced to relocate abroad.”

Malik Riaz emphasized, “For years, people dreamed of turning Pakistan’s name into a world-class brand. Allah made me a part of this dream, and now BT Properties has launched in Dubai. The success of Dubai lies in the visionary leadership of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum and the absence of institutions like NAB. Today’s baseless NAB press release is yet another attempt at blackmail. I am holding back, but I carry a storm within. If this dam breaks, it will shatter the illusions of many. Let it be known that secrets spanning the past 25–30 years, along with evidence, are safely preserved.”

He added, “By Allah’s grace, Bahria Town Pakistan became a resounding success, and now, with His blessings, BT Properties Dubai will achieve similar success. Investors from dozens of countries have shown exceptional interest in BT Properties’ projects in Dubai. The 250 million Pakistanis should feel proud that their company has been chosen by the world’s most transparent and honest system to compete on a global level.”

With a pledge to remain loyal to Pakistan, Malik Riaz assured his fellow Pakistanis: “Our living and dying has always been for Pakistan, and it will always remain so. We assure you that we have always respected and adhered to the laws of Pakistan and every country worldwide. Malik Riaz will not be used against anyone, nor will he be blackmailed. InshaAllah, the Dubai project will succeed and will bring recognition to Pakistan on a global stage.”
