SUB NEWS exclusive: departmental promotion committee meeting rescheduled

Islamabad, January 22, 2025:The federal government has rescheduled the Departmental Promotion Committee (DPC) meeting, initially planned for January 23, to review the promotion of officers from Grade 17 to Grade 18. The meeting will now be held on Wednesday, January 29, at 10:00 AM.

Previously set for 10:00 AM on January 23 at the Establishment Division, the meeting has been postponed, as per an official notification acquired by Sub News.

The session will be presided over by Secretary Establishment Division Inamullah Khan Dharejo and will assess the promotions of officers belonging to the Pakistan Administrative Service, Police Service, and Office Management Group.

As per the Establishment Division, 50 officers from the Pakistan Administrative Service Group and 20 officers from the Police Service are under consideration for promotion during this meeting.
