Significant relief announced in petroleum prices.

Islamabad, September 15,2024- Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has announced a substantial reduction in the prices of petroleum products.

According to a notification, the federal government has slashed the price of petrol by Rs. 10 per liter. Additionally, the price of high-speed diesel has been reduced by Rs. 13.06 per liter, while kerosene oil has seen a cut of Rs. 11.15 per liter.

Furthermore, the price of light diesel oil has been reduced by Rs. 12.12 per liter. Following these adjustments, the price of petrol now stands at Rs. 249.10 per liter, while high-speed diesel will be available at Rs. 249.69 per liter.

Similarly, light diesel oil will now cost Rs. 141.93 per liter, and kerosene oil will be priced at Rs. 158.47 per liter after the reduction. The new petroleum prices will come into effect from midnight tonight.
