Islamabad, May 14 2025: Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi arrived at Holy Family Hospital Rawalpindi, where he visited Tauqeer Abbas, a hardworking man injured in the Indian drone attack near Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium. He inquired about the health of Tauqeer Abbas, the cousin of martyr Ali Haider— the only brother of eight sisters. He appreciated his resilience and courage. Mohsin Naqvi discussed the treatment of Tauqeer’s injured eye with the doctors and instructed that he should be provided the best medical care.

Interior Minister emphasized that all possible efforts would be made to save Tauqeer Abbas’s eye and offered a special prayer for his quick recovery. He reiterated that the sacrifices of martyrs have led the nation to victory. It is noteworthy that martyr Ali Haider and his injured cousins, Tauqeer Abbas and Manzoor Faisal, used to sell fries & burgers outside the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium to earn a living for their families.
