Los Angeles, June 12, 2025: Founder of Tehreek-e-Inqilab, Mohammad Arif, has expressed deep concern over the ongoing violent incidents in the United States, particularly in California. He stated that the growing political tension between California Governor and U.S. President Donald Trump has severely affected law and order in several areas, including Los Angeles.
Arif noted that due to recent protests and clashes, the U.S. government was compelled to deploy 2,000 National Guard troops in Los Angeles, which, he warned, indicates the gravity of the situation.
He categorically clarified that the Pakistani community has no involvement in the unrest. “Pakistani-American citizens are performing their duties peacefully and lawfully,” he said.
Arif urged both the media and government agencies not to unfairly blame any community without evidence. He stressed that reporting should be fact-based and avoid singling out any nationality or ethnic group.
“The Pakistani diaspora in the United States not only abides by the law but also plays a constructive role in society,” he emphasized. “In such sensitive times, damaging their reputation without justification would be unjust.”
