The 3-0 victory was a repeat of last year’s showdown, but this time, Pakistan left no room for doubt as they dominated the semifinal clash.
From the outset, Pakistan took control of the match, setting the pace with aggressive serves and powerful spikes. Their precision and energy overwhelmed the Qatari side, allowing Pakistan to clinch the opening set 25-18. This marks Pakistan’s second appearance in the final of the AVC Nations Cup. Bahrain has previously reached the final once, while South Korea would be making their debut final appearance should they advance.
