Islamabad, August 11, 2025: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has promoted four Grade-17 Assistant Directors to Grade-18 Deputy Directors, reportedly bypassing several senior officers.
According to official documents available with Sub News, the promoted officers include Nazir Ahmed, Syed Ali Murtaza, Arshad Afridi, and Sheikh Zeeshan. The move has caused unease among senior CDA officials who were overlooked in the promotion process.
Sources said the aggrieved officers have voiced strong reservations over the decision and indicated plans to raise the matter at the relevant forums.
