Rawalpindi, September 29, 2025: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur on Monday held a two-hour meeting with incarcerated PTI founder Imran Khan at Adiala Jail in Rawalpindi.

According to jail sources, the meeting was arranged in the facility’s conference room, after which the chief minister departed without speaking to the media.

Meanwhile, on the legal front, the District and Sessions Court Islamabad cancelled the non-bailable arrest warrants earlier issued against Gandapur in the audio leak case.

The case was heard by Additional District and Sessions Judge Nasr Minallah, where Gandapur’s lawyer, Raja Zahoor-ul-Hasan, informed the court that the Peshawar High Court had already granted his client protection from arrest for three weeks in any case.

The judge instructed the defence to file a written application, which was subsequently submitted. Accepting the plea, the court formally cancelled Gandapur’s arrest warrants.
