Lahore, January 18, 2026: Indonesian Ambassador to Pakistan, Chandra W. Sukotjo, held a meeting in Lahore with Mr. Muhammad Haseeb Khan, Chairman of the Pakistan-Indonesia Business Circle (PIBC) and Chief Executive Officer of Harmann Pharmaceutical Labs (Pvt.) Ltd., along with Mr. Fadhel Sheikh, Honorary Consul of the Philippines in Lahore and Director of Aadil Hospital.

The meeting focused on exploring avenues for enhanced cooperation between Pakistan and Indonesia in the health and pharmaceutical sectors. Participants also reviewed progress following Trade Expo Indonesia held last year, emphasizing the need to translate discussions and business contacts into tangible partnerships.

Both sides highlighted the strong potential for collaboration in pharmaceutical manufacturing, healthcare services, and medical investment, and underscored the importance of sustained engagement between private-sector stakeholders and diplomatic missions.

The discussions concluded with a shared commitment to encourage concrete joint ventures and to identify new opportunities for future cooperation, aimed at strengthening bilateral economic and healthcare ties between Pakistan and Indonesia.
