Islamabad, January 19, 2026: Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar on Monday held a telephone conversation with Egyptian Foreign Minister Dr. Badr Abdelatty, during which they discussed recent regional developments as well as ongoing bilateral and multilateral issues.
Both leaders underscored the importance of sustained dialogue and close cooperation between Pakistan and Egypt on matters of mutual interest. They also agreed to continue coordination at regional and international forums.
The two foreign ministers further agreed to meet on the sidelines of the World Economic Forum in Davos to carry forward discussions and explore ways to further strengthen bilateral ties.
