Dar, Cambodian Commerce Minister discuss boosting trade and investment ties

Islamabad, February 10, 2026: Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar received Cambodia’s Minister of Commerce, Cham Nimul, at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, reaffirming both countries’ commitment to strengthening bilateral relations.

The two sides expressed a mutual desire to enhance collaboration in key areas including economy, trade, and investment under the framework of the Pakistan–Cambodia Joint Trade Committee (JTC).

Senator Dar also highlighted Pakistan’s ongoing engagement with the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) and reiterated Islamabad’s interest in further expanding cooperation with the regional bloc.
