Dar meets U.S. delegation to discuss trade and people-to-people ties

Islamabad, February 11, 2026: Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar received a joint delegation from the Economic Pakistan American Council (E-PAC) and the United Muslim American Association (UMAA) today in Islamabad.

During the meeting, Senator Dar acknowledged the pivotal role of the U.S. private sector in enhancing bilateral trade and economic cooperation between Pakistan and the United States. He also highlighted the contributions of civil society organizations in promoting interfaith harmony and strengthening people-to-people connections between the two nations.

The discussions underscored the importance of continued collaboration in both economic and social spheres to further deepen Pak-U.S. relations.
