PM Shehbaz holds telephone conversation with Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan

Lahore, February 13, 2026: Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif held a telephone conversation with Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates and Ruler of Abu Dhabi.

During the warm and cordial conversation, the leaders recalled Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed’s recent official visit to Pakistan, including meetings in Islamabad and Rahim Yar Khan last month. Prime Minister Sharif praised the UAE’s consistent support, noting it has helped Pakistan navigate through challenging times and reflects the historic fraternal ties between the leadership and peoples of both countries.

Both leaders reaffirmed their commitment to further strengthen mutually beneficial cooperation between Pakistan and the UAE. They also exchanged views on matters of mutual interest and agreed to maintain close contact to advance bilateral relations.
