Islamabad, February 14, 2026: A parliamentary delegation led by Speaker of the National Assembly Sardar Ayaz Sadiq is scheduled to visit Morocco from February 15 to 17, 2026, on an official visit aimed at strengthening inter-parliamentary relations between the two brotherly countries.

The visit is being undertaken at the official invitation of Rachid Talbi El Alami, Speaker of the House of Representatives of Morocco.

During the visit, Speaker Sardar Ayaz Sadiq will hold meetings with his counterpart in the Moroccan Parliament as well as with the Speaker of the House of Councillors, the Upper House of the Parliament of Morocco. He is also expected to engage in other parliamentary and diplomatic interactions.

The meetings will focus on exchanging views on enhancing bilateral parliamentary cooperation, strengthening institutional linkages, and promoting closer engagement between the legislatures of Pakistan and Morocco.

The parliamentary delegation accompanying the Speaker includes Members of the National Assembly Syed Naveed Qamar, Mir Aijaz Hussain Jakhrani, Mirza Ikhtiar Baig, Muhammad Azhar Khan Leghari, Malik Sohail Khan, and Sanjay Perwani.

The visit reflects Pakistan’s continued commitment to parliamentary diplomacy and the strengthening of ties with friendly countries through sustained legislative engagement.
