Islamabad, April 11,2026: The Ambassador of the Philippines to Pakistan, Emmanuel R. Fernandez, joined fellow ASEAN diplomats at a welcome luncheon in honor of Singapore’s newly appointed Non-Resident High Commissioner.
The event was hosted by Chandra Warsenanto Sukotjo and held in Islamabad to welcome Ishak Ismail. The gathering brought together ambassadors from member states of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), providing an opportunity to strengthen regional camaraderie, dialogue, and cooperation.
