Islamabad, May 1, 2026: Sindh Health and Population Minister Azra Fazal Pechuho called on Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Friday.
According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the meeting focused on strengthening coordination between federal and provincial institutions, particularly in the areas of public health and welfare.
Dr. Pechuho appreciated Ishaq Dar’s role in promoting closer working relations between federal and provincial governments, noting the importance of improved institutional cooperation for effective service delivery.
During the meeting, both sides also exchanged views on public health challenges, welfare initiatives and broader regional developments affecting governance and development priorities.
The discussion underscored the need for continued collaboration to improve healthcare systems and ensure better delivery of services to the public across provinces.
