Islamabad, May 13, 2026: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on Wednesday reviewed the arrangements for the ongoing Hajj operation during a meeting with Federal Minister for Religious Affairs Sardar Muhammad Yousaf in Islamabad.
During the meeting, the prime minister was briefed on the measures being taken to facilitate Pakistani pilgrims during Hajj 2026.
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif said that the pilgrims were “guests of Allah Almighty” and stressed that no negligence should be tolerated in serving them. He directed the Pakistani Hajj Mission in Saudi Arabia to ensure the provision of all possible facilities and services to pilgrims throughout their journey.
The prime minister also instructed the authorities concerned to provide maximum assistance and smooth arrangements for pilgrims at airports to ensure a hassle-free travel experience.
