The agreement reflects the shared commitment of Pakistan and Rwanda to enhancing collaboration in the peaceful applications of nuclear energy and strengthening regulatory frameworks for sustainable national development.

Speaking on the occasion, High Commissioner Harerimana Fatou described the MoU as a major milestone in Rwanda-Pakistan relations, underscoring the growing partnership between the two countries in the fields of science, technology, and capacity building.
