Islamabad, July 3,2026: President Asif Ali Zardari has extended felicitations to the President of the Republic of Belarus, Mr Aleksandr Lukashenko, and the people of Belarus on their Independence Day.
The President said that this historic day, commemorating the liberation of Minsk from Nazi occupation, symbolises the courage, resilience and steadfast determination of the Belarusian people in their quest for freedom and sovereignty. He noted that it serves as a proud reminder of the remarkable journey of Belarus towards peace, stability and national unity.
President Zardari stated that Pakistan deeply values the cordial, cooperative relations between the two countries, which are rooted in mutual trust and shared aspirations for progress. He reaffirmed Pakistan’s commitment to further enhancing bilateral ties across various fields for the mutual benefit of both nations.
