NA Speaker condemns terrorist attack on police check post in Ziarat

Islamabad, July 7,2026: Speaker National Assembly Sardar Ayaz Sadiq has strongly condemned the terrorist attack on police check post in Ziarat, expressing profound grief and sorrow over the martyrdom of Nine police personnel.

While paying heartfelt tribute to the martyred officers, the Speaker said that their supreme sacrifice in the line of duty would always be remembered with honour and gratitude. He remarked such heinous attack was part of a nefarious conspiracy orchestrated by enemies of Pakistan to undermine the country’s peace and stability.

Speaker Sardar Ayaz Sadiq stated that such cowardly acts of terrorism could never weaken the nation’s resolve, nor could terrorists ever succeed in achieving their malicious objectives.He emphasized that the sacrifices rendered by the country’s brave security personnel continue to strengthen the nation’s determination to eradicate terrorism in all its forms.

The Speaker lauded the unwavering courage, professionalism, and dedication of the police and other law enforcement agencies, stating that the entire nation stands in solidarity with its brave defenders who continue to safeguard the lives and property of citizens at great personal sacrifice.

Expressing heartfelt condolences to the bereaved families of the martyred police personnel, the Speaker prayed that Almighty Allah may elevate the ranks of the martyrs in Jannah and grant their families patience, fortitude, and strength to bear this irreparable loss.
