Karachi, September 23,2026: Ambassador of the Republic of Tajikistan to Pakistan Yusuf Sharifzoda participated in the 28th International Exhibition and Forum ITCN Asia 2026, held on September 22–23, 2026, at the Karachi Expo Centre.
ITCN Asia is one of Pakistan’s major technology and innovation events, bringing together representatives of government institutions, technology companies, investors, entrepreneurs, startups and international delegations. The event featured more than 850 exhibition booths and over 3,500 international brands, covering information technology, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, cloud services, e-commerce, digital transformation and other areas of modern technology.
During his visit, Ambassador Sharifzoda toured various exhibition booths and held meetings with representatives of Pakistani IT companies, entrepreneurs, startup representatives and other stakeholders from the technology sector.
The meetings focused on expanding cooperation between Tajikistan and Pakistan in information and communication technologies, the digital economy, innovation, entrepreneurship, digital services and the application of modern technologies.
On the sidelines of the event, the Ambassador also held meetings with relevant Pakistani government officials responsible for information and information technology and exchanged views on opportunities for sectoral cooperation.
The Embassy of Tajikistan said that participation in ITCN Asia 2026 forms part of its continued efforts to expand bilateral cooperation with Pakistan in information technology, innovation, digital transformation and entrepreneurship.
