Chakwal, September 9, 2024- Sheikh Abdul Qadeer Awan has congratulated the nation on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the Khatm-e-Nabuwwat Bill. While addressing thousands of his followers at the annual gathering held in Dar-ul-Irfan, Minara, Ameer Tanzeem-ul-Akhwan Pakistan said that whenever the belief in the Finality of Prophethood was challenged, the nation stood united to defend it. He also praised the recent judicial decision on the matter, calling it commendable.

During his speech, Sheikh Abdul Qadeer Awan highlighted the significance of the blessed month of Rabi-ul-Awwal, the birth month of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), and emphasized the teachings of Hazrat Ameer Muhammad Akram Awan (RA), stating that the love for the Prophet (PBUH) should be embodied in every breath. He urged Muslims to incorporate Islamic teachings and the life of the Prophet (PBUH) into their daily lives.

Speaking on the country’s economy, Sheikh Abdul Qadeer Awan stressed the need for implementing an interest-free economic system and mentioned that the complete enforcement of the 1973 Constitution could bring significant improvement to the country.

The event was attended by several political figures including Governor Punjab Sardar Saleem Haider, Former Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi and other notables. The gathering concluded with a collective prayer for the security of the nation and the unity of the Muslim Ummah.
