Islamabad, May 18, 2025: In the aftermath of its military success in Operation Bunyan-un-Marsoos, Pakistan on Sunday released a comprehensive dossier presenting evidence of Indian aggression, disinformation campaigns, and the alleged staging of the Pahalgam attack.
The dossier, described by officials as “irrefutable,” includes satellite imagery, verified documentation, and reports from credible international media that challenge India’s narrative surrounding the April 22 attack in Indian-administered Kashmir, which New Delhi had blamed on Pakistan.
“Pakistan is committed to ensuring peace in the region but will not compromise on its sovereignty,” the dossier asserts, underscoring Islamabad’s dual emphasis on regional stability and national defense.
According to the Foreign Office, the dossier exposes the Pahalgam incident as a false flag operation and accuses Indian media of spreading disinformation and fake news to build a justification for military strikes. The document highlights Pakistan’s repeated calls for a neutral and transparent investigation—requests that were allegedly rejected by India.
The dossier also includes photographic and testimonial evidence of civilian casualties, including the deaths of women and children, in Indian strikes conducted between May 6 and May 9, which prompted Pakistan to launch Operation Bunyan-un-Marsoos. The operation, according to the report, exclusively targeted Indian military sites involved in attacks on unarmed civilians, avoiding civilian infrastructure in a show of restraint and strategic precision.
Diplomatic experts say the release of the dossier marks a significant diplomatic victory for Pakistan, providing a fact-based counter-narrative to India’s claims and garnering international attention.
“The international press has already raised serious concerns about the nature of the Pahalgam incident and the role of Indian media in escalating tensions,” a senior official said, citing global editorials questioning the legitimacy of India’s narrative.
Officials confirmed that the dossier has been shared with key international partners and multilateral institutions. Pakistan is expected to push for a formal inquiry at the United Nations and other forums in the coming days.
