Budapest, January 22, 2026: Ambassador of Pakistan to Hungary Asif Hussain Memon, accompanied by his spouse, attended the New Year reception hosted by Hungarian President Tamás Sulyok, reflecting the cordial and steadily strengthening relations between Pakistan and Hungary.
During the reception, Ambassador Memon conveyed season’s greetings and best wishes from the Pakistani leadership to the Hungarian President and people, underscoring Pakistan’s commitment to further deepening bilateral engagement.
In response, President Tamás Sulyok warmly reciprocated the sentiments and highlighted the positive trajectory of Pakistan–Hungary relations, noting the growing scope of cooperation and mutual understanding between the two countries.
