Islamabad, February 10,2026: Hong Kong HuiHua Global Corporation Ltd (HHGTL), a wholly owned subsidiary of China Oil HBP Science and Technology Ltd (HBP), has successfully completed the Dakhni Front End Compression Project for the Oil & Gas Development Company Limited (OGDCL), marking a major milestone in Pakistan’s upstream energy sector.

Executed in collaboration with MHAA Corporation and in joint venture with Etimaad Engineering (Pvt.) Ltd., with ILF as the engineering consultant, the EPCC project was delivered on schedule and in full compliance with OGDCL’s technical and contractual standards.

The project features advanced compression facilities designed to optimize reservoir performance of up to 28 MMSCFD, mitigate natural production decline, and enhance gas recovery efficiency. This upgrade strengthens field deliverability, ensures sustained output, and contributes directly to Pakistan’s production capacity and long-term operational reliability.

HHGTL demonstrated its expertise in executing complex front-end compression projects with precision, integrating engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities while adhering to international HSE standards.

Building on this success, the HHGTL/HBP–MHAA joint venture, in collaboration with AJCL, is currently executing the OGDCL/ENAR Compression Project, leveraging the experience gained at Dakhni to ensure similar technical excellence and operational efficiency.

HHGTL’s proven track record also includes the delivery of the 98 MMSCFD LPG Processing Plant at Nashpa Field in 2018, reflecting the company’s capability to meet large-scale, high-standard energy infrastructure requirements.

The collaboration between OGDCL, ILF, and the HHGTL/HBP–MHAA–Etimaad Joint Venture highlights the importance of strategic partnerships in maximizing indigenous hydrocarbon resources and advancing Pakistan’s energy security. With an expanding portfolio of compression systems and processing facilities, HHGTL continues to be a trusted partner for oil and gas operators seeking enhanced production and sustainable field development.
