Islamabad, March 17, 2026: The Ambassador of Iran, Reza Amiri Moghaddam, called on Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar Tuesday.
During the meeting, Ambassador Moghaddam expressed gratitude for the strong moral support extended by the people of Pakistan amid the ongoing regional conflict.
In response, Senator Ishaq Dar conveyed his condolences over the loss of lives in the conflict and emphasized hope for an early resolution. He underlined that dialogue and diplomacy remain the only viable path to resolving regional issues and achieving lasting peace and stability.
The meeting reflects continued diplomatic engagement between Pakistan and Iran during a period of heightened tensions in the region.
