Quetta, March 18,2026: Deputy Chairman Senate, Syedal Khan Nasir, during his recent visit to Quetta, carried out extensive welfare activities by distributing ration and Eid gifts from his personal resources among approximately one thousand deserving families.

On this occasion, special attention was given to underprivileged communities residing in the suburban areas of Quetta, ensuring their inclusion in the joyous celebrations of Eid.

Speaking on the occasion, the Deputy Chairman Senate stated that supporting vulnerable segments of society is both a moral and religious responsibility. He reaffirmed his commitment to continue taking all possible measures to assist those suffering from poverty and financial hardship.

He further emphasized that on festive occasions like Eid, it is imperative not to forget those less fortunate. “Islamic teachings strongly encourage helping the needy, the distressed, and those facing hardships,” he noted, adding that such acts not only bring spiritual reward but also foster social harmony and brotherhood.

Former Nazims, former councillors, and other notable personalities also accompanied him during the distribution activities.
