Lahore, March 29, 2026: Defending champions Lahore Qalandars won the toss and opted to bat first against arch-rivals Karachi Kings in the sixth match of Pakistan Super League (PSL) 11 at Lahore’s Gaddafi Stadium on Sunday.

The two sides have faced each other 22 times, with the 2020 champions Qalandars leading the head-to-head tally 14-8. Their last encounter came in the Eliminator of PSL 10, where Lahore Qalandars triumphed by six wickets en route to winning the title. In the previous league stage, both teams had one victory each in their two meetings.

Both teams enter Sunday’s high-stakes clash on positive momentum. Qalandars crushed tournament debutants Hyderabad Kingsmen by 69 runs in their opener, while Karachi Kings edged out last edition’s runners-up, Quetta Gladiators, by 14 runs. The Kings’ victory extended their winning streak to five matches, whereas Qalandars have suffered two defeats in their last five games.

With history, momentum, and rivalry on the line, the stage is set for an exciting showdown between two of PSL 11’s most competitive sides.
