Ankara, November 15, 2024 – Pakistan’s Interior Minister, Mohsin Naqvi, held a significant diplomatic meeting with his Turkish counterpart, Ali Yerlikaya, during an official visit to Turkey. Minister Naqvi specifically denounced the October 23 terrorist attack in Ankara, emphasizing that terrorism transcends borders and religions. He called for a unified international strategy to eradicate the threat, stating, “Terrorism is a global challenge requiring collective and comprehensive efforts.”
Minister Naqvi extended an invitation to Minister Yerlikaya to visit Pakistan, which was graciously accepted. In response, Minister Yerlikaya remarked, “Pakistan is a brotherly country, and I look forward to visiting Islamabad soon.”
