Lahore, December 24, 2024: Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Chairman Syed Mohsin Raza Naqvi has pledged to warmly welcome international teams for the ICC Champions Trophy 2025, calling it a “significant milestone” for the country.
Naqvi emphasized Pakistan’s renowned hospitality and the country’s readiness to deliver a memorable experience for players, officials, and fans alike. “Hosting this prestigious tournament is a matter of pride, and we are excited to showcase Pakistan’s vibrant cricketing culture,” he said.
He also expressed satisfaction with the resolution of issues surrounding the tournament, adding that the PCB is committed to ensuring seamless organization.
The ICC has finalized the fixtures and groupings for the Champions Trophy, set to begin on February 19 in Karachi and conclude on March 9. The event will feature eight teams, 15 matches, and will be jointly hosted by Pakistan and Dubai.
