Lahore, March 16, 2025: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has announced a solidarity rally to honor the martyrs of the Jaffer Express attack and the Pakistan Army personnel who lost their lives in recent terrorist incidents.

Akmal Khan Bari, PTI Punjab’s Vice President, strongly condemned the brutal attack, calling it “an assault on Pakistan that will never be forgotten.”

The rally is scheduled for Tuesday, March 18, starting from GPO Chowk in Lahore and concluding at the Punjab Assembly.

Bari urged the Punjab government to allow the event to proceed without obstruction, emphasizing that it would be a peaceful demonstration dedicated to honoring the fallen soldiers and victims.

“We call on PTI workers, lawyers, and members of civil society to join in large numbers,” he stated, reaffirming the party’s commitment to standing with Pakistan’s security forces.

With growing concerns over security and political tensions, the announcement sets the stage for a significant public gathering in Lahore.
